Return Policy

At STRCH, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days from the delivery date. We will gladly accept the return of your item, and we will cover the cost to make the return process simple and affordable.
To initiate a return, please follow the below steps:
- Visit our website and select "Initiate Return"
- Enter the order number and mobile number associated with your order
- Select the product and quantity you wish to return
- Choose a pick-up address and date (within a 3-5 day window)
- A confirmation SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number
Please note that returns will not be accepted for products that have been damaged due to neglect or improper usage. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging intact. In case of purchase of multiple quantities of the same SKU (size variant), all quantities need to be returned.
Exchange
We regret to inform you that exchanging products is not possible. If you wish to exchange a product, please place a new order on our online shop.
Order cancellation by STRCH
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including limitations of quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies in product or pricing information. If we cancel your order, we will inform you and refund the amount charged to your card.
