ORDERS

How do I place an order?
Thank you for choosing Strch. To place an order, we request you to kindly follow the steps mentioned below:
  1. Browse by article of your choice.
  2. View the details of the product, select your size and add it to the "cart".
  3. Enter your shipping address with pin code. We kindly request you to verify the total amount and products added to your cart before proceeding.
  4. Next, select the payment option (Net-Banking/Debit/Credit Card/Wallets or COD).
  5. To complete the online payment, you will be redirected to our online payment partner PayU Money.
  6. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be placed successfully. You will receive a confirmation SMS & Email with your order details.
Can I add an item or change its size after placing the order?
If you would like to add an item or change the size after placing an order, please note that at the moment, we do not offer an option for customers to do so.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed the order?
Regarding changing the delivery address, we regret to inform you that the shipping address cannot be modified once the order is successfully placed.
What taxes will be levied on my order or transactions?
All our prices are inclusive of sales tax, which is calculated based on the GST laws.
Where do you deliver?
We ship Pan India, and currently, we are not shipping internationally.
Do I have to create an account to shop from the Strch website?
Creating an account is not mandatory to shop on our website. However, we kindly request you to share your email ID, and creating an account can save you time during checkout as it saves your address details.

PAYMENTS

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following modes of payment: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Internet Banking, UPI, Payment Wallets and COD. Please note that as of now, we do not accept international cards.
What if the money is debited from my account and the transaction is not successful?
In case money is debited from your account, and the transaction is not successful, the amount shall be auto-refunded back to your account within seven bank business days.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?
Order(s) through standard shipping are delivered within 5-7 business days. Order(s) through express shipping are delivered within 2-3 business days.
Why can't you ship my order?
Incase your order has not been shipped, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to ship your order. There are a few possible reasons why this may be the case: - The product(s) you ordered are out of stock - The product (s) you ordered are not meeting our quality standards after a quality check.
Are shipping charges applied to my order?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. We charge Rs. 100/- for express shipping. If you shop worth Rs. 5000/- or more we offer free express shipping.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

How do I return my product (s)?
If you wish to return a product, you go to the "My Account" page and over there you will find an option for "Return/Exchange", click on it and follow the procedure as guided. Once we have received the product back at our warehouse and complete the quality check, you will receive the refund in your account 5-7 days after we initiate it. In case you do not have an account on our website, you can send us an email on contact@strch.in.
Can I exchange or get my product(s) replaced?
If you wish to exchange your product(s), please go into the "My Account" page and click the "Return/Exchange" option, and follow the procedure as guided. In case you do not have an account on our website, you can send us an email on contact@strch.in.
How can I cancel my order?
Customer cannot cancel the order once placed.
Within how many days can I return my order?
The product return/exchange has to be initiated within 7 days from the time of product delivery.
When will I get my refund?
We would like to inform you that for prepaid orders, the refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days, depending upon your bank's processing time. If you have paid via COD option, once the return pick up is done, our customer care team will reach out to you for your bank account details. The amount will be credited to your bank account.
Why do I have to wait for STRCH to receive my returned product at the warehouse before I can get a refund?
As for the delay in processing your refund, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Before we can initiate your refund request, we must ensure that your returned products meet our return terms and conditions, which include the product falling within our 30-day return period, being returned in their original packaging, not being worn beyond normal use, and having their original labels or tags attached (in case of clothing). We follow these conditions to maintain the quality of our products and ensure customer satisfaction. We request your patience and cooperation in this regard, and we assure you that we will process your refund as soon as your returned product meets our criteria. When will STRCH receive my returned package?
Regarding the timeline for receiving your returned package, please note that it can take up to 5 business days for the package to be delivered to our warehouse from the day you hand it over to our transporter. However, the timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control. We will send you an email confirmation as soon as we receive your returned package at our warehouse. What if a size I want is not available?
If your size is not available within the size drop down selection, then this size is unavailable for online purchase at this time. If you have a particular question about one of our products then our customer service agents would be happy to assist you.
